RULES
- This CTE Internship course requires students to demonstrate initiative, follow through, and maintain a high level of professional conduct.
- The course will be graded on a Pass/Fail basis, requiring completion of all assignments and monthly time card submissions.
- The internship program is implemented as if a student were applying for a job.
- A "no show" refers to an intern's absence from work without notifying the employer and mentor at your school.
- A no-show results in the internship being terminated, the student receives an F, and no credit is earned.
- The intern must provide notification of any planned absences at least 24 hours in advance.
- It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to provide transportation to and from the internship site. Students are not allowed to transport one another.
